YOU – THE HERO OF EVENTS OF 2026!
This fall, Yekaterinburg will be a center of attraction for young leaders from around the world.
WHAT IS WYF 2026?
The International Youth Festival is the largest youth event of the year, which will take place from 11 to 17 September in Yekaterinburg. The festival will be part of the “family” of events of the World Youth Festival, which was launched in Sirius in 2024.
FESTIVAL SCOPE:
10,000 participants from over 100 countries
5,000 Russians and 5,000 foreign nationals under the age of 35
1,000 adolescents aged 14 to 17 (500 from Russia and 500 from abroad) with a separate children’s program
WHAT WILL BE THE FESTIVAL?
The festival will be a venue for young people from around the world to take responsibility for the future of the planet. Participants are expected to attend educational, cultural, sports and useful programs, as well as the Exhibition of Achievements of Russia, showcasing the potential of science, industry and culture of the country.
Thanks to the industry-specific principle of forming delegations, the best representatives from key areas will come to Russia: creative industries, public administration, science and education, sports, entrepreneurship, media, digitalization and IT.
AFTER THE FESTIVAL:
1,000 foreign participants will go to a regional program in 30 regions of Russia and the Republic of Abkhazia, where they will get acquainted with the sights, take part in expeditions and see the technological achievements of the country.

VOLUNTEER
Are you 16? Do you live in Russia and charge everyone with a positive?
Volunteers will assist in 17 functional areas, from logistics to escorting delegations.
Registration dates: 5 December 2025 – 31 March 2026.

What is needed from a volunteer: experience of volunteering, high level of motivation, knowledge of foreign languages, communication skills and ability to work in a team.
